I had a vision for boudoir going into this. I knew that if I wanted to start offering boudoir sessions in Vancouver, Victoria and on the Sunshine Coast, I needed to capture women as they are. I knew that I wanted to incorporate pieces of their personality into their boudoir sessions, which is why I call them “lifestyle boudoir sessions”. I am personally not one for overtly sexual images where my clients are gazing into the camera. And if that’s your thing, you do you! I want to tell a story with my images and make you feel something. In order to ease nervousness, I recommend that my clients book an in home session or book a space that speaks to them. When people are more comfortable in their space, they will have the ability to be vulnerable in front of the camera.
