In August I had the pleasure of photographing A & B in one of my favourite spots in Gibsons, BC. There are so many gorgeous locations to shoot at on the Sunshine Coast in BC, Canada. Growing up here has helped me find all of the special quiet spots with the best light for engagement, maternity, family and portrait sessions. A lot of my wild elopement and intimate weddings are also in beautiful forests and secluded beaches that my clients wouldnβt know of otherwise. This location was perfect for A & B as they wanted the west coast feel for their maternity photos. This beach has it all; sand, tons of gorgeous driftwood, a forested area, long grass and a view of the mountains. With it also being so close to the ferry it is a great option for clients who are looking to come to the Sunshine Coast for a photo session but donβt want to travel too far up coast. It as such a beautiful summer evening for a golden hour session by the ocean with these two amazing humans. I am so excited for them to experience the new journey of parenthood.
